May 14th, 2026 Drake Milligan and the Tumbleweed tour rolled through upstate New York to The Haven at the Wild in Chittenango,  maybe one of the coolest venues. Go for a concert and also can feed a giraffe in the mean time, definitely a first venue of it’s kind here in NY.

The music started with Nick Stark playing all of the big hits from country stars. Even broke the news of an upcoming concert July 31st with Mitchell Tenpenny bringing his speed of light tour. Before ending his set with Ella Langley’s smash hit Choosing Texas.

Next up was American Idol season 22 finalist Jack Blocker. Originally from Richardson, Texas he auditioned to American idol with his original song “I Was Wrong”. Starting the crowd with the night of Texas country with yesterday’s wine by Willie Nelson before starting with his own Texas country. Wallow With the Hogs, Stag and If Heaven Looked Like Arkansas. His debut album came out September 12, 2025, give it a look.

The man of the hour came on to his hit song Sounds like Something I’d Do. Coming out with a black pearl snap shirt with roses the ladies were loving it. Mixing in originals and covers Drake kept the crowd engaged. Playing many from his debut album Dallas/Fort Worth such as Hating Everything She Tries On, Bad Day To Be A Beer, Tipping Point and Cowboy Kind Of Way. He told a story about how he was so thankful for all of his fans before going into one of his first songs written in Nashville with one of his idols Vince Gill Goin’ Down Swingin’. He brought back out opener Jack Blocker for some covers of Texas country legend Merle Haggard Mama Tried and I Think I’ll Just Stay Here And Drink. He dedicated Dance Of A Lifetime to the crowd for supporting him over the years and allowing him to live his dream of performing. Drake is very proud of his Texas roots and you can hear that in his music. Definitely recommend and the haven is a top tier concert venue. If you’re looking for a show this summer give them a look they have many upcoming shows including Avery Anna, Buckcherry and Lakeview.
