World Championship Village.

It all began with Alexandra Kay opening the Big Frog 104.3 Concert Series on April 3rd at the World Championship Village.The place was packed with fans of all ages to see Alexandra and her band perform. Playing for an hour and many of her popular songs she has written.Not to mention she met anyone who was there and wanted to stand in line to meet her. Alexandra and independant artist and has been rising to the top of charts & selling out venues all around the world. Alexandra Kay is an emerging talent in the country music scene. Her raw authenticity shines through in her music, resonating with listeners on a deep level. Keep an eye on Alexandra Kay as she continues to make her mark in the music industry.I don’t think there was a fan in the crowd that didn’t sing all the words to her songs, even the youngest joined in.

Showtime The Band, is a local Central NY Band that took to the stage to entertain the crowd as well. The sing a wide variety of new age pop and also the old stuff as well. Not sure there’s anything they can’t play. Also they had two different nights to show anyone that showed up just what they’re about.

Last Left another Local Band to perform for anyone who showed up and wanted to have a cold drink and some good food before going over to watch some women’s ice hockey.Many days of Music and IIHF the weather wasn’t so much on the side of Downtown Utica everyday but some days were pretty nice for April. Some got to ride the ferris wheel that was setup and use some of the hockey things to show off their skills. Many options for food,cornhole & other games to keep people busy.Last Left also had the chance to play two different nights as well on the Adirondack Stage.

Andrew Jannakos,Derrick Austin,Sean Stemaly a super talented group of guys and did a “writers round” it’s where they take turns singing/playing guitar and maybe telling a story to how they wrote the song.

Andrew Jannakos originally from Georgia, Jannakos began his music career by sharing cover songs on social media, quickly gaining a following for his raw talent. His breakthrough came when he appeared on the popular TV show "The Voice," where he wowed the judges and viewers with his powerful performances.

Derrick Austin a super talented artist and kept the crowd laughing with his stories that went along with his song choices. Was a farm worker growing up with his brothers before getting into the music industry.So a true country boy at heart, will for sure be known in the music scene in no time at all. Derek Austin, Ashley Cooke - The Bullet. Is a great song and you should take a min to listen.

Sean Stemaly, a rising country music artist was a bit more laid back of the three. But he’s known for his authentic lyrics and smooth vocals, making waves in the music industry. Stemaly's songs keeps you wondering what he will come up with next,blending a mix of traditional country sound with modern music.Dedication to his craft is evident in every note he sings, solidifying his reputation as a promising artist to watch.

As Sean Stemaly continues to captivate fans with his heartfelt music, his star is undoubtedly on the rise, promising an exciting journey ahead for this talented musician.

The trio did a very good job sharing the stage and at times helped one another sing their song as well. I had a chance to ask Derrick if he had ever been told that he looks similar to “Granger Smith he said he’s never heard that but could see why.The guys also were talking with other fans about how they love to hunt and would love to hunt some NY deer. Could be something that happens in the future, we will have to wait and see if anything becomes of it.

Tom Nitti known for his time on “The Voice” but ended a tad early as he had some issues and left the voice. But recently making his rounds playing in many local venues around Central NY. A talented musician and has grown quite the fan base since then. Also he has recently got engaged to his girlfriend Ashley Bryant.She has also had the chance to be on the voice as well. Quite talented but unfortunately didn’t make it through.But the chance to sing on that stage, meet new friends and be on Team Reba she says was amazing. Tom was also on “Team Reba” and in fact Reba has mentioned doing more work with Tom in the future. “We’re waiting to see if that happens someday”.

His music seamlessly blends elements of folk, rock, and blues, creating a unique sound that resonates with listeners of all ages. Jake Maurer’s arrival to NY wasn’t such a pleasant arrival. He had to act fast and make some calls to local friends. The airline broke his guitar and didn’t have another for the show. A friend of his from “Clinton Tractor” got him hooked up with another. The Band is such a talented group of musicians known for their dynamic performances and eclectic musical style. Formed in 2010, the band has been making waves in the indie music scene with their original songs and energetic live shows. Led by vocalist and guitarist Jake Maurer, the band's music is a fusion of rock, folk, and blues influences, creating a sound that is both familiar and fresh. With a dedicated fan base and a growing reputation for their captivating performances, the Jake Maurer Band is definitely one to watch in the music industry. And can be seen in Nashville at Tootsies Orchid Lounge where they work.

Dusty Puppies a local band to the Mohawk Valley Classic/Modern Rock and Roll with a touch of Country. Super talented group of people that keeps the crowd singing and dancing.My first time seeing this band play that i can remember and probably wont be the last. Put on a great show and had a great time listening to these guys.

Dylan Marlowe closing out the “Concert Series” with an early show before the womans ice hockey kicks off. Dylan Marlowe, a talented singer, has been making waves in the music industry with his captivating lyrics. Hailing from a small town, Marlowe's journey to stardom is nothing short of inspiring. His music resonates with audiences of all ages, touching hearts and leaving a lasting impact. Put on a great show on the Adirondack Bank Stage at the World Championship Village and Big Frog Concert Series.

With his unique sound and authentic style, Dylan Marlowe has gained a loyal following of fans who eagerly anticipate each new release. His live performances are known for their energy and passion, showcasing his raw talent and undeniable stage presence. This is my second time seeing Dylan and he’s getting better and better with time.
