Landmark Theatre Syracuse NY was full of lights, sound & action. Killer Queen a tribute to Queen put one heck of a show. Lead singer Patrick Myers plays the part well of Freddie Mercury. With nearly a sold out show on a Thursday Night in downtown Syracuse. People were lined up down the sidewalk waiting in the rain for the doors to open. Killer Queen is based out of United Kingdom, and the longest running Tribute Band of the "Original Queen".
Myers got fans up on their feet many different times to dance and wave their arms in the air. Not to mention in the crowd was many fans that were even younger and many knew most of the words to all the songs. One younger boy went as far as dressing up like Patrick with the sunglasses and all. It was Killer Queens second time to the Syracuse Area, and probably won't be the last. The stage setup was pretty darn cool with the stairs on both sides and all the lights. Myers dancing from side to side on the stage and also used the upper level of the stage setup. The guy is truly good at what he does, between singing and playing the piano, dancing and getting the crowd involved. To even sneaking off to backstage to change up his outfit change. Killer Queen will keep the legendary music of Freddie Mercury alive for many years to come, filling venues full of fans all over the world. The Encore ending kept everyone up on their feet until the show was over. Drum Solo, Bohemian Rhapsody, We Will Rock You, We Are the Champions. Click HERE to see additional photos of the show.
