Dream it.
What an INCREDIBLE show with Alexandra Kay and Smithfield at Kegs. This is AK’s longest headlining tour which is so cool. She’s an independent artist who has taken the world by storm. She has opened for big artists like Tim McGraw, has opened at many festivals and is just achieving her dreams all on her own. Tonight there was a group of friends in front row who came from Pittsburgh which is so awesome.
Smithfield got the party started at 8 and did not disappoint. Alexandra Kay came out at 9 and put on a phenomenal show. Definitely go see her if you get the chance, worth the drive and money.

Build it.
Alexandra appeared to love everything about Jordan NY and Kegs Canal Side. Jordan is fit like a puzzle piece between Baldwinsville & Weedsport. The only problem with it is in AK’s situation her bus driver had to leave and a new one would arrive. But in the meantime they had no idea nothing was in walking distance. So they told social media “hey we’re stuck without food” and of course someone arrives with a pizza. Uber eats unavailable, pizza delivery unavailable. Alexandra is a “singer” not a bus driver., but it all worked out in the end.

Grow it.
Alexandra, growing her dream of being a rising star. And that’s what she has done on this tour. Selling out nearly every venue, night after night. She explained how when she first decided to take to the road in years prior she would pack her car up and go. Getting to venues and see 4 or 5 people standing there waiting to watch her. And she was off in the bathroom with eyes filled with tears. But put on a show anyways for that little crowd. And crowds began to get bigger and bigger. Social media plays a huge role in numbers and she has brought her A Game to these shows. She super heart felt with the amazing amount of support she has gained. Million of followers around the world, and record labels turning her away she’s doing it on her own. And with passion and dedication to her fans she will do just that. She also takes the time to meet each fan after the shows. Not sure how long that will last being the shows she’s putting on are getting bigger & bigger. Check out the gallery of images And stay tuned for more images we will be covering her show in Albany NY 4/29/23 as well. Written by: B.King
